Carter was born in Phoenix, she is the daughter of Juanita and Colby Carter. Her father is British and her mother is from Mexico. She has a brother Vincent and a younger sister Pamela.
Did you know that Lynda made her debut onscreen as a child actress? She was only five years old when she landed a spot on Lew King’s Talent Show.
