The name Lynda Carter only equates to one other character, Wonder Woman. The actress, who is married to a DC lawyer, was also a pageant queen before finding success in acting. Carter was born in Phoenix, she is the daughter of Juanita and Colby Carter. Her father is British and her mother is from Mexico. She has a brother Vincent and a younger sister Pamela.

Did you know that Lynda made her debut onscreen as a child actress? She was only five years old when she landed a spot on Lew King’s Talent Show. With her excellent talent, Lynda also became successful in music, film and television. In the 1990s, she also started her own production company, Potomac Productions.
