LISA BONET

Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz met at a New Edition concert in the 1980s and got married in November 1987. Then, on Christmas Eve of the same year, they bought two houses of the artist’s compound in Venice Beach in Los Angeles. Zoë Kravitz spent his early years in this house. Although the marriage lasted only six years, they persisted until 2000. Since the early 1980s, four-bedroom, three-bathroom residences have been full of creative atmosphere.

Before Bonnet and Kravitz lived there, it was owned by the sculptor Guy Dier, who is famous for his huge monolithic sculptures, which can be found in the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Smithsonian The Sunny Museum is found in many other museums around the world. The main residence is a medieval bungalow style, built in 1949. Deere commissioned the Los Angeles architect Steven Ehrlich in 1980 to design the adjacent modern artist studio, most of which still retains its original design and has undergone several renovations in the past few years . The house is green because it is powered by solar panels and has a whole house water purification system.
