After breaking up with long-term partner Cara Delevingne, “Beautiful Girl Lies” alumni Ashley Benson said that only the rich and/or celebrities can celebrate her independence-by purchasing a new mansion in one of the most famous and unique gated communities in Los Angeles, The historic Enclave of Laughlin Park in Los Feliz.

If all of this sounds familiar, it may be because this is not Benson’s first round of competition in that particular real estate rodeo.
