GEORGE CLOONEY

The ER actor is worth half a billion dollars, but it’s still quite surprising to know that his real-estate properties are staggering in value. His Villa Oleandra, or the property he owns in Lake Como, Italy, reportedly has a total of 25 rooms. This includes several bedrooms, bathrooms, formal dinings, living areas, a lavish kitchen, and more. In addition, the abode also features a multi-car garage, an indoor gym, tennis court, a jaw-dropping swimming pool, and a private outdoor theater—the main part, of course, is the price. According to Closer Weekly, Clooney bought this sprawling residence for $14 million in 2002. Because of inflation and other factors, the price of this house can reach a whopping $100 million.

George has been married to Amal Clooney, a human-rights lawyer, since 2014, and their union gave them an adorable twin. His fortune came from his tequila business, Casamigos, which he already sold to Diageo for $1 billion.
