RON HOWARD


Ron Howard began his career as a child actor and guest-starred on an episode of the Twilight Zone television series. The actor gained a broader prominence in the sitcom The Andy Griffith Show, portraying the role of young Opie Taylor from 1960 to 1968. Howard also appeared in the musical movie The Music Man in 1962. In 1973, the actor was cast as one of the lead roles in the film American Graffiti, and he became a household name after portraying the character of Richie Cunningham in the sitcom Happy Days from 1974 to 1980.

Throughout his career, Howard has achieved a great degree of success in the entertainment industry. Even though with tremendous wealth, Howard still drives his Volkswagen Beetle, which he bought in 1970. He took his wife out on their first date in that bug. It’s fitted with a 1.6-liter OHV 8-valve engine that produces a power output of 57 horsepower with 82 pound-foot of torque that propels the vehicle to a maximum speed of 99 km/h.
