Jeff Bezos – Los Angeles

Starting his company pretty much like a gamble, Jeff Bezos today is a juggernaut among juggernauts. He is the founder and head of Amazon, which has become one of the largest tech companies in the world. While the company is known as an e-commerce company, its bread and butter are its Amazon Web Services division. Thanks to the company’s meteoric rise in recent years, Bezos has amassed a tremendous wealth, calculated at around $200 billion.  It’s then not a shocker that he has lived like a king.

While Bezos has lived in Washington state, he recently made the news when he bought what is regarded as one of the most expensive purchased homes ever. He bought a large estate in Beverly Hills for a record $165 million, along with the adjacent property for $10 million. The estate was built by Hollywood icon Jack Warner back in 1937. The estate has top-notch home security, multiple dwellings, two guesthouses, and a nearly 14,000 square feet mansion.
